Attention Scouts and Scouters!

Thank you for your interest in Camp Emerald Bay. We look forward to your troop’s visit and are happy to assist with any questions you might have. Camp Emerald Bay offers a wide variety of summer opportunities for Boy Scouts all over the world, 11 weeks out of the year. The camp typically serves over 4500 campers in a summer. Whether you are taking part in the first year rank advancement program or putting your skills to the test in our rigorous outdoor Rugged Adventurers program, the camp has something to offer any Scout. Even Scouts that have attended Emerald Bay in the past have many chances to explore new heights and depths of scenic Catalina Island.

It is our goal to make a positive difference in the life of each person that walks through camp. We believe in consistent value-based decision making predicated on the consideration of ethical choices and the principles of leadership.

These skills are best learned through the experience of fun and exciting activities all week long. You will find information on this portion of the website about these summer programs and how you may go about registering for our Boy Scout Program, Senior Patrol Leader Program, and Rugged Adventurers Program.
